1、核心裝置脫硫反應(yīng)塔是將沼氣中氣相的H2S通過循環(huán)水中的氫氧根離子溶解到循環(huán)水中，形成液相硫化物，處理后的沼氣中不含空氣，對沼氣的后處理如沼氣提純提供了有力的條件。也保證了生物脫硫系統(tǒng)及整個后續(xù)沼氣處理的安全。脫硫反應(yīng)塔由玻璃鋼材料制造，根據(jù)每個項目的不同分別量身設(shè)計，以保證佳的處理效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)的投資成本。
1. The treated biogas does not contain air, providing powerful conditions for the aftertreatment of biogas such as biogas purification. The desulfurization reaction tower is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic material and is designed according to the different requirements of each project to ensure the best treatment effect and the most economical investment cost.
2、生物再生池內(nèi)有空氣曝氣系統(tǒng)、加熱系統(tǒng)、加藥系統(tǒng)、補水系統(tǒng)，提供循環(huán)水中微生物需要的溶解氧、生長溫度、適應(yīng)的PH值及營養(yǎng)，通過脫硫微生物的作用，將再生池內(nèi)循環(huán)水中的硫化物在生物作用下轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫和氫氧根離子，單質(zhì)硫從循環(huán)水體內(nèi)析出，氫氧根離子又回到循環(huán)水中重復(fù)利用。

3、沉淀池的作用是將單質(zhì)硫從循環(huán)水中分離出來，單質(zhì)硫有較好的沉淀性能，因此，沉淀池尺寸較小，由于沉淀污泥有大量的脫硫菌，因此，沉淀污泥部分回到再生池內(nèi)，保證再生池內(nèi)脫硫菌的數(shù)量。

4、營養(yǎng)液循環(huán)和營養(yǎng)液投加系統(tǒng)

微生物生長在循環(huán)水體內(nèi)，循環(huán)水將脫硫反應(yīng)塔、再生池、沉淀池、循環(huán)水泵等連起來。噴淋系統(tǒng)可以讓沼氣和循環(huán)水充分接觸，以促進(jìn)硫化氫從氣相到液相的轉(zhuǎn)化，被微生物快速分解。微生物生長需要一定的營養(yǎng)元素，一般采用營養(yǎng)液投加形式。營養(yǎng)液加到循環(huán)水管路，加藥量由計量泵進(jìn)行精確控制。由于硫化物經(jīng)脫硫菌轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫和還原OH根離子，其中有2%的硫化物轉(zhuǎn)化為硫酸根，導(dǎo)致循環(huán)水的PH值逐漸下降，因此，需要不斷投加堿中和硫酸根離子，投加形式同營養(yǎng)投加形式
Microorganisms grow in a circulating water body that connects the desulfurization reaction tower, regeneration tank, sedimentation tank, and circulating water pump. The spray system can fully contact biogas and circulating water to promote the conversion of hydrogen sulfide from the gas phase to the liquid phase and rapid decomposition by microorganisms. Microbial growth requires a certain amount of nutrients, usually in the form of nutrient solution dosing. The nutrient solution is added to the circulating water pipeline, and the dosage is accurately controlled by a metering pump. Due to the fact that sulfides are converted into elemental sulfur and reduced OH ions by desulfurization bacteria, 2% of which are converted to sulfate, resulting in a gradual decline in the pH value of circulating water. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously add alkali neutralizing sulfate ions in the same form as nutrition dosing

這兩步對沼氣脫硫系統(tǒng)都非常重要。步，H2S得到去除，同時消耗OH-，第二步，在再生池內(nèi)通過脫硫菌的作用，將硫化物生成單質(zhì)硫，OH -重新生成。單質(zhì)硫經(jīng)沉淀池沉淀從底部排出硫污泥，沉淀池的上清液回到循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)中，相比酸式生物脫硫會節(jié)約大量用水。
These two steps are very important for biogas desulfurization systems. In the first step, H2S is removed while consuming OH -. In the second step, the sulfide is generated into elemental sulfur through the action of desulfurization bacteria in the regeneration tank, and OH - is regenerated. The elemental sulfur is precipitated in a sedimentation tank and discharged from the bottom of the sulfur sludge. The supernatant from the sedimentation tank is returned to the circulating water system, which saves a lot of water compared to acid biological desulfurization.
