脫硫反應原理

絡合鐵脫硫工藝利用堿性絡合鐵催化劑的氧化還原性質(zhì)，吸收原料氣中的H2S。H2S被絡合鐵催化劑直接氧化生成單質(zhì)硫，絡合鐵轉(zhuǎn)化為絡合亞鐵，然后在再生過程中鼓入空氣，以空氣氧化催化劑富液中的絡合亞鐵，使催化劑富液中的絡合亞鐵轉(zhuǎn)化為絡合鐵，從而再生回用。產(chǎn)生的硫磺通過硫磺回收系統(tǒng)處理。

在總反應中，絡合鐵離子的作用是將吸收反應中得到的電子在再生反應中轉(zhuǎn)移給單質(zhì)氧。每一個單質(zhì)硫原子的產(chǎn)生需要兩個三價鐵離子參與反應。由此，鐵離子盡管參與反應，但在總反應中并不消耗，而是作為硫化氫和氧氣反應的中間電子傳遞物，是催化劑體系的組成部分。

如圖1虛線框所示：自雙膜氣柜過來的沼氣經(jīng)增壓風機加壓之后進入脫硫再生塔的吸收脫硫隔室酸氣中的H2S進入反應隔室與催化劑中的Fe3+反應并轉(zhuǎn)化為單質(zhì)硫，與此同時Fe3+還原成Fe2+ 。

反應后的溶液通過自循環(huán)進入氧化隔室，通過風機向氧化再生隔室鼓入空氣中的氧，將Fe2+氧化為Fe3+后再自循環(huán)回吸收和反應隔室繼續(xù)與H2S進行吸收反應可脫除酸性氣中99.99%以上H2S。
